Log into your Empire Home account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Schedule a Pickup
For small decor items, print your prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our specialized freight team will contact you to coordinate a convenient curbside collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
